I’m Shawna Leister, a Reiki practitioner and hairstylist, and I’ve found that the most meaningful healing happens when people feel truly heard, safe, and supported. Here you’ll find Reiki sessions (including support for pain management, children with special needs, and pets), Reiki training (Levels 1–3) for those called to learn, and hair services that help you feel confident and rejuvinated.
Whether you’re here to relax, reset, or begin your healing journey, my goal is to help you reconnect with your own inner power one grounded gentle step at a time.

Hair Services
Hair services designed to protect hair health while helping you feel like yourself again—cuts, colour, perms, and special occasion styling. You can also add a Reiki-infused scalp massage for deep relaxation and a calmer, more grounded reset.
Reiki Healing Sessions
Gentle, non-invasive Reiki to help you shift out of stress mode and back into balance. Choose from Regular Reiki, Pain Management, Attunements, or shorter sessions for children with special needs and pets—all offered with a calm, supportive approach.
Reiki Courses Levels 1–3
Learn Reiki in a way that’s practical, supportive, and easy to integrate into real life. My training helps you deepen your intuitive gifts while building real confidence and skill, with a printed manual included in every level.
